Pricing FAQ
Can I negotiate the price?+
Yes. All listed prices are reference ranges. We'll adjust to your actual scope and budget. Our goal is to find a fit, not to push the most expensive package.
Any startup or SME discount?+
Yes. Startups under 2 years or MSME-registered businesses get 10–15% off the Launch package. Send your business registration certificate to apply.
What if the project doesn't meet agreed KPIs?+
We commit in writing: if agreed KPIs aren't met after 60 days in production, you get 30% of the project fee back. Risk is shared both ways.
What's the annual maintenance cost?+
Depends on package. Launch: 36–60M VND/year (hosting + maintenance). Growth: 60–120M VND/year. Custom AI: quoted separately. You can opt out of maintenance and self-host.
Can I upgrade from Launch to Growth later?+
Yes, anytime. We credit the amount already paid for the old package. Upgrades usually take 1–2 weeks.
Do you provide internal training so my team can self-operate?+
Yes. Every package includes initial training. For in-depth training (so your team can develop new features), we offer a separate package from 5M VND per session.
